Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia
• Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate (3–7 business days).
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate (1–3 business days).
• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100.
All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package online.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped from Australia and costs vary depending on your location.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but we’ll always do our best to support you.
